Welcome to The Buka Food. By using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions govern our privacy policy at The Buka Food.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

  1. The content on each page of this website is for your general information only. The content can be changed without notice. 
  2. We use cookies on this website to monitor your browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties: name, contact information (this includes email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, and other information relevant to customer survey)
  3. Unauthorised access or use of this website may give rise to a claim of violation, damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  4. We will only deliver meals ordered between Mondays and Thursdays.
  5. We deliver meals only during the weekends. 
  6. Customers will bear the cost of the delivery of their meals from our kitchens to their preferred delivery points.
  7. The Buka Food will only fulfil special orders within a 48-hour window (You must place your special orders at least 48 hours before you need them).

If you have any queries or changes, you would like to make to your order or subscription, send us an email at info@thebukafood.com or use the WhatsApp messaging feature on our website. 

  • Please disclose your food allergies while placing your orders.

Prices of our meals will be reviewed periodically to reflect the prevailing economic realities

  • We prearrange delivery with our clients immediately after they place their orders.

• Cab-hailing services will handle all deliveries

• It is accepted that anyone at the delivery address is entitled to accept delivery unless you have provided explicit instructions to the contrary.

• You do not have to be home to receive your order. It can be left in a designated place.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
