June went by so fast! Wow!!
We had so much fun cooking for you in great weather. There were many mini-family gatherings and we happily got involved in every single one you asked us to cater for. We are looking forward to a Jubilant July.
We have had to update our menu prices due to rising fuel & food prices. We kept this off for SOOO long, but we could not anymore. We promise that we will continue to deliver delicious meals every single time.
You have seen bell peppers — green, orange, yellow, and red — in the grocery stores or in a salad bar. Red peppers pack the most nutrition because they have been on the vine longest. Peppers have a lot going for them. They are low in calories and loaded with good nutrition. All varieties are excellent sources of vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fibre.
Highlight of the month
Our menu highlight for this month is “Ayamase”. Peppers come in all sizes and colours, and we use the green ones for this dish. So go on, try out Ayamase TODAY! You will be glad you did.
